Massage Therapy 60 mins Treatment
For more than thirty years, I’ve worked as an artist, activist, and community weaver … creating safe, brave, powerful spaces where people can soften, and be held with tenderness. My work has always centred around care, belonging, and the deep, human need to feel seen and supported.
I’ve trained with Jing Clinical Massage, and I’m so happy to be expanding my practice by offering relaxing, therapeutic one to one deep tissue bodywork massage. This feels like a natural continuation of the work I already do - another way of tending to people, another way of holding space with my hands, another way of creating time for people to heal in a world that asks so much of us.
All massages are 60 minutes long, shaped with gentleness, consent, and presence.
Your first session includes a 15-minute consultation, giving us time to talk through preferences, comfort levels, health considerations, and anything that helps you feel safe and at ease.
Who is this for ?
This work is an extension of my life’s work creating warm, safe, deeply human places where you can arrive as you are — soft, tired, scared, hopeful, wobbly, curious — and leave feeling nurtured and held. I especially welcome people who doing usually get massages, feel scared or wobbly about bringing their bodies to a space which may feel vulnerable and new. My spaces are queer and trans affirming.
My massages might be especially good for people who:
have never had a massage before and feel shy or unsure
feel wobbly about their body or being touched
are queer, trans, non-binary, or gender-expansive
want a space where their identity is recognised, respected, and affirmed
feel excluded by typical spa culture
are neurodivergent or sensory-sensitive
carry stress, grief, overwhelm, or anxiety
want a gentle, non-judgemental space to rest
Every sexuality, every gender, every body shape, every background is welcome.
You don’t need confidence.
You don’t need to love your body.
Just be as you are.
Cost
I want this offering to feel both sustainable and accessible - a place where deep care meets clear, grounded boundaries. My pricing reflects the presence, ongoing training, and energy I bring to every session.
Standard Rate
£55 for a 60-minute session
This is my sustainable, ongoing rate — honouring my ongoing training with Jing Massage and my 30+ years of creating safe, nurturing community spaces.
Monthly Pay-What-You-Can Sessions
Once a month, I open a number of pay-what-you-can sessions to support people with very limited income or those who might otherwise struggle to access massage. Please only request one of these if you could not afford to have a massage otherwise.
Dates will be announced monthly.
Community Giving
Alongside my private practice, I offer my bodywork sessions through community groups and organisations working with very vulnerable or marginalised people.
